stalls when put in drive... 700 1991

So this is a new problem to me. Just happened twice in the past two weeks.
Here's my problem. Starts, runs and drives fine, for a while. then, i came to a stop light, and when it turned green, I stomped off the line, then it shit the bed. Had the worst time trying to get it starting again, and when it finaly started, it was very rough and if I gave it gas too fast or put it in R or D, it just quite, but if I gently give it gas, it seemed better. It ran normal on my trip home, and it's been running normal everyday for about a week, then happened again today. Ran the code and came up with 2-2-1. My AMM and Fuel pressure relay and regulator have both been repaced earlier this year due to other problems. Strange and Intermitant. Any suggestions?
