K Jet tune up. 200 1979

I've about gotten the 79 245 B21F ready for the road. Thanks for the Brickboard and it's many varied users for my Volvo ventures.

My question is this. I'm about to do a good tune up on the car as I don't know it's history.

The obvious will be done: cap, rotor, wires, plugs, air filter, fuel filter, swap to Mobil 1, etc.

Engine does not leak oil or burn it, starts fairly easily, but often needs a lil pedal to get it to pick up.

Throttle response is poor on low end (very late to pick up) half of the time, but not always.

Irratic Idle (haven't done compression test yet), adding techron and seafoam to the mix.

I've not really done much with a b21f, any areas to look @ besides what I've listed?

Just wanting to give the ole brick the best I can.

Thanks all and Happy Brickslinging,
Frank
