Power Steering fluid is GREY 700

'89 760 just under 200k. Power Steering fluid is grey. Haynes/OEM Manual, etc indicate that PS fluid does not require flushing/changing just topping off.

I'm considering replacing the fluid; however, looking for the simpliest route.

Anyone tried the turkey baster approach? Take a little out at a time - replace
it -- take more out - replace it, etc. Perhaps this can be accomplished without introducing air into the system?

Please advise.

Thanks!
