engine light code, 1/1/3 and 2/3/3 200 1992

Hello,
Its been snowing here for a couple days now and I was having some fun in parking lots, the car seemed to be running just fine, I took it out today and in 10 mins my engine light came on..damn damn damn. I pulled the codes 1/1/3 and 2/3/3
1/1/3 is a fault in the Injection system
2/3/2 is system compinsating for rich/lean mixture.

the engine seems a little sluggish but not bad, but it would idle real high on start up and then settle to normal Idle, I guess that the ECC compinsating
I checked the TPS and that seems fine
air bypass vlv seems to be working and with a stethascope I can hear the injectors working/clicking
I thought I may have ripped the O2 sensor off inthe snow , but its still there lol

any ideas ...Help
