Turbo Idle 200

84 245 Ti... rebuilt head (including crack repair) about one year/20k miles ago.

Lately, on cold start up it has a weak cylinder and idles rough, finally smooths out when warm. Also, after a hard run in turbo boost up a hill, it will idle rough and will gradually smooths out as temps returns to normal.

Probably a compression check is called for (not that I want to see anything amiss after the top end overhaul a year ago), but could this have anything to do with K-jet symptoms and / or bad injector or the control pressure regulator?
