Wintertime Detailing Question 900

No matter what the can says wax will not last longer than 3 months, IMHO. It's this time of year again and none of the cars are beading water very well meaning the wax has worn off. When that nice mid Atlantic Saturday shows up, I’d like to be ready. I never used one but looking for a spray-on wipe off wax that will protect the finish and last a couple of months. Any opinions?
