Exactly which Lexus Tranny Kit for the 98 V90?? S90-V90

Alright,I've had my 98 V90 for 2 months. I had the top notch independant Volvo guys around do a trans fluid drain...just took out the plug and let the 6 quarts or so drain and refilled(did I say top notch?). I know, I know brickmeisters...halfassed! So now I want to do it and do it right. What is the exact year and model of the trans filter and pan gasket kit from Lexus that I am looking for? Will NAPA or an Autozone carry it? What is the precise capacity of the tranny?

I may not use synthetic. I don't do any towing and I live near no mountains...flat highway and beachfront roads!
