Manual sunroof to power? 200 1989

I'm skeptical about this seller's claim that a manual sunroof can be converted to a power sunroof.

I have the understanding that no 240s came with power sunroofs (apparently, though, 760s as early as 1984 did). Is it really simple to convert a manual sunroof to a power one? Is it even possible? How would one go about making things "look nice"? Has anyone done or seen a factory manual sunroof converted to power?
