just when I was getting comfortable. Radiator Problem 200 1989

During my test drive today the plastic piece on the top drivers side of the radiator where the big hose attaches that goes to the top of the engine broke off. I can't afford to replace the radiator right now since I just found out my dog has heartworms. So I was wondering if it is possible to repair it. Can I glue the plastic piece back on with something? All I have here is high-temp RTV silicone gasket maker by Permatex and quick setting epoxy by pacer(super glue company) Don't suppose either of those would work? Is there something out there that will? or am I stuck buying a new radiator?
Thanks,
Kyle
