How to roll forward the odometer 200 1982

Why not just replace the circuit board and possibly the odometer gear on your original speedo. You might have to twist the speedo needle off and reinstall it, but this should be a lot easier than tampering with the gears. Of course, I'm not exactly sure what the problem was with your original, but unless it's totally shot, you should be able to swap components.
