I had the same situation and it is a shame to pay so much for such a little item (the missing screw tips) but had to get new nozzels. They are available from Vintage Imports, vintageimports.com for about $32.00 if I remember correctly.

I have been looking all over for the combination wiper/washer switch for the PV's single speed wipers, so when you say you finally received your set up, did you find a source for this illusive switch?
