engine missing bad 200

Hail to all the brick masters ... help!

88 240 wagon 250,000 miles started missing about 2 weeks ago, thought i got some water in the tank so i threw some advance auto goo in the tank to fix it and it did nothing, here is what i have done since to no avail.
plugs, wires, cap and rotor, idle pump, air mass, fuel injector cleaner,un hooked each injector 1 at a time all seems to be working , did both fuel pumps about 6 months ago ,cleaned the crap out of the throttle body ... It runs better but is missing like crap, more at idle than on speed , but i still feel it ?
I checked for vacuum leaks and found none. Also checked for arc at night saw nothing . I did a diag... on the fuelpump brain and ignition, they seem fine ?
It has plenty of power but is now shutting off at stops I also did a check on the check valve jiggy ,cleaned and put back . And yes the relay is fine checked it also . So now i am at your mercy . I am either missing something or have really pissed off the gremlins . Thanks so much for your replys PEACE
