engine missing bad 200

Your list didn't include the flame trap, but I am sure you cleaned it and the small vacuum line that goes with it. If the injectors were pulled out one at a time and sprayed into a bottle cleanly, did you pull the spark plug cap off one at a time to make sure it is fireing OK?
Is your timing belt in good shape, no cracks? Tensioner still tight?

Wish I could give you a definitive answer, but there are too many variables.
