I haven't found a combo switch yet. I'm using the momentary contact button switch included in the washer kit to control that function, and I bought a wiper delay kit from JC Whitney to slow down the wipers as needed. To keep the dash as uncluttered as poossible, the little washer button is mounted on the underside, out of sight.

I suspect if I can find a U-Pull-It wrecking yard, I can probably come up with a switch that combines all these functions. No telling how many I'll have to try, though!
