245 pops out of OD 200

Hello,

I have a 245 GL with 185k miles on it and a manual transmission.
Lately the car has troubles going into OD and the OD won't kick in below 60mph.
Also when in OD and the speed is reduced below 50mph it will shift back in 4th gear. I assume there might be some troubles with the solenoid. Any ideas?
Dirt, wiring, relay? Did anyone had similar problems.
