A 164 with awd?

What I was wondering was, would it be interchangeable with the M400/410
and sturdier so that it would not have the pesky noisy bearings that
the M400/410 always get. Would like to put a Laycock DeNormanville type J
on it to retain pretty much the same functionality as stockoid.

I was NOT considering higher ground clearance or multiwheel drive.

However my 164 has been in places in both Panama and Costa Rica where
no passenger car had ever been seen before. Trucks and jeeps but not cars.
