Break in thru 245 rear hatch. 200

I came out to my 85 245 DL this evening to find the rear hatch and front driver's door ajar, cd player stolen, and contents of glove box emptied onto front seat and floor. It appears the thief pried open the rear hatch somehow - there's some damage and it doesn't seem to close correctly now. Anyone else had this happen?
