Strange Effect During Start-up S90-V90 1990

I own an 1990 744 GLE with the B234F engine. Very infrequently when starting the engine, it cranks normally for a second or two and then acts like a cylinder fires out of order, the engine bucks and stops cranking. The cap, rotor and wires have been replaced within the last year (Volvo OEM parts). It sometimes then starts normmaly on the second try or it may take several tries before it starts normally. The car has 111,500 miles on it.

Has anyone experienced this or has any ideas?
