Help ! Won't Start. 200 1988

Hi Everybody, I bought an 88 240 wagon 2 weeks ago. Drove it home 60 miles and it was rough idling and taking off but ran good at higher RPM's at 65 - 70 miles per hour. The other day I did a tune up, plugs. distributer cap & rotor. Plugs looked real bad, Didn't change wires, they appeared good. Drove around the block a few times, ran beautiful. Yesterday I get in to start and it justs turns over but doesn't start. I have no spark at the plugs, the coil appears to produce power - I got a heck of a shock. That 25 amp fuse in the engine compartment appears O.K. It's a B230F engine. Does anyone have suggestions of what I should check next? Would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance. Ed
