Volvo V6 Exhaust Opinions Needed 200 1978

I'm looking to improve the exhaust system on my B28 equipped 262. Does anyone have any experience upgrading the exhaust for a B28? I don't want to lose any low end performance. Has anyone put the IPD Sport exhaust on a V6? Anyone tried true duals or have an opinion on such a setup for a B28? Would larger diameter down pipes be necessary or would the stock ones still allow a performance gain with a cat-back system? Thanks
