Full Fuel Tank ...No Start 700 1991

Hi folks,
I just replaced my aging 245 with a less aging 745t. I bought it about 150 miles away and about 2 miles away from it's former home I filled the tank (premium of course). When I went to start it.... it cranked but did not start. I fiddled about under the hood and it fired right up. I drove home stopping 4 or 5 times and no problems. Now its 2 days later and once again I have a full tank and once again no start. The car cranks but will not fire-up. I'm sure that this full tank thing could be a coincedence...or not. Any thoughts on where to start?

Thanks and a tip of the hat,
Bruce
