tell me more about nissen 2-row radiators 200 1989

I'm getting one installed--yes, replacing the oem plastic/alum. blackstone one. is nissen the best aftermarket brand for our beloved bricks? my research shows these are brass and solder and that certain coolants don't work well with these materials. also, I'm a bit confused about 3-row and 2-row radiators. is 3-row overkill? I take it that it is more efficient in cooling based on that extra row it has and the added price.

one thing I don't understand is why does volvo make plastic/metal radiators? and I hear that you can still order them for replacement yet I keep reading that one must replace it asap after it's approx. 8+ years lifespan. do people still replace their oem rad. with another plastic/metal rad? is all-metal the way to go? and if yes, is nissen the best? this brand pops up in here a lot, so I figure it's endorsed by the volvo gods here?
