front wheel bearing: integral hub or bearing only? 700

I have a 90 740 gl non-abs. The front rt. wheel bearing is whining and it is time to replace. The manual indicates that it is an integral hub and bearing but some parts suppliers I've called want to sell me just the bearing. Can i replace just the bearing or must I do the hub too?
