6 to 4 conversion 200

I asked this question before about what I need to take from the 4 cyl car in order to make the conversion easy(er). I had a response that stated something regarding wiring (which scares the hell out of me) about not cutting anything on the inside of the firewall, and I just wanted a little clarification about what exactly that means. I have to get rid of the parts car and I am worried about not taking all the parts I need.

Also does anyone know a link to a site that would maybe help me with step by step procedure of doing something like this. I mean the actual mechanics of changing the engines is fairly straight forward, but everything else that gives me some worries and if I could hook up with someone that has had experience with doing this, and give me pointers and tips, that would be awesome.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.
