Engine Swap... 700

OK, I got the old engine out tonight...and only things I found so far that are different are:
The fuel rail is definitly different....
and there is a large black box on the side of the motor that has a big tube running into it....they are shaped differently.

Both distributors look the same and have the same connector on the bottom....and they both have what I thought was a crank sensor....which is mounted in the bell housing just in front of the flywheel....
SO is there any reason to swap the dist?
