740 Wagon Keeps Fouling Plugs 700 1993

The problem is worse on cold days and when driving several short trips - driving a long trip on the highway seems to help clear up the problem temporarily.

The plugs will get so fouled that the car runs super-rough and less than all 4 cylinders.

My mechanic is thinks the computer might be bad. Anyone else have any other ideas?
