bad gas mileage after new O2sensor, plugs, etc 200

I know this is sort of like asking "my car won't run, how can I fix it," but here it is. I have replaced: o2 sensor, plugs, cap, rotor, got an alignment, changed the oil, tires are fine, transmission fluid fine. I still am getting poor gas mileage for my '89 240 wagon. Any advice?
