Cruise Control no-go 200 1990

Non turbo B230F. I have no cruise. Where do I start? I did not find results on the cruise control forum for 700/900's.
All vacuum lines look snug, servo not leaking. A controller located at the upper left side firewall has an open male port with vacuum line missing. What is the vacuum source? Is there a vacuum pump or a vacuum port at the intake manifold?
