Help with a Diesel tool!! 200

Baum tools has it http://tools.baumtools.com/search_result.jsp
along with all the dealer specific tools
http://www.etoolcart.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPRODGROUP&ID=15
has some of the specialty tools for diesel and for a bit less ( including the timing gauge that you are going to need after putting that belt on, if you don't already have one )
www.samstagsales has quite a few of the tools, but listed under VW.
www.vwdieselparts.com has a bunch of tools
and last but not least, ebay germany usually has a bunch .

If you want to get that rear cam bolt back on properly , you are going to need wrench # V5201 as well ( about $88 from Baum, or if you are handy with welding , I could send you the dimensions and you could make one )
