What about only installing a front IPD antisway bar? 200

Hi. I'm thinking of upgrading the suspension of a '93 240 that I'm preparing for my daughter. It's already got slotted/cross-drilled rotors (from EuroSport Tuning) and Deluxe PBR pads (from IPD), Virgo Turbo 6x15" wheels with Michelin ExaltoPE tires (205/55-15), and other things, including planning later to install chassis braces; but right now I've got a question about the IPD sway bars.
For her safety, I like the idea of maintaining understeer. She's got 22/18 bars as OEM (I thought the '93's had larger bars than earlier models, but that's not the case here), and I'm also putting on overload spring/shocks (with a hitch because she sometimes has to tow things), so I figure that the spring/shocks add a little anti-sway 'resistance' to the rear end of the car anyway.
Therefore, would it be okay if I only installed an IPD 25mm front bar, without also installing IPD's 22mm rear bar (the rear will remain 18mm)?
I'm expecting roll resistance to increase somewhat, and also increase steering response; and yet also enhance stability by promoting a "safe" understeer condition while not being too much understeer.
QUESTION: Am I right about my expectations? Is there still an advantage in adding just the front bar, or am I creating a problem? Any harmful side effects of this choice? Am I increasing or decreasing the car's stability?
