Will 740 Overdrive relay fit a 240? Where is 740 relay located?

Thanks, I was in the yard last week looking for the white Auto O.D. relay and they had all been pulled already. I am wondering if the 740's have the same realy, and if so where it will be located on the car as I am only familiar with the 240- layout.
