Power Sunroof Motor on 1997 960 900

The power sunroof on my 1997 960 has a strange, at least to me, issue. The sunroof will "pop up" but will not retract. When I press the button to retract the sunroof I can hear a click but nothing happens. Is this a problem with the motor itself or there an electrical problem, such as a blown fuse or relay? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
