auto to manual swap 140-160

I'm considering swapping the bw35 slushbox in my 74 164e for a m400 or m410. I checked out a couple of donor wrecks and they had hydraulic clutches. I thought that they would have cable operated clutches ?? I suppose it doesn't matter. I'm also told that from 74 the b30 had an 8 bolt crank vs. 6 bolts on earlier models. Is this correct ? That would mean the donor has to be a '74 model to get the right flywheel. I'm assuming that if I buy the complete car I will have all the parts required for the swap and it would be pretty much straightforward. Are there any other tricky bits to look for ? Much Thanks.
