To sum up my other postings to your pictures:

Looks like you have a Garrett T3 turbo on your old motor, the unit attached to your cylinder head is the blow off valve. Your new turbo, a Mitsu TD05 has the blow off valve built in. I would check at Turbobricks.com to see which turbo is "best", I believe the Garrett can put out my boost than the Mitsu. You'll probably find a buyer for your unused turbo...

Breather box: use the larger one but get it cleaned up with some solvent, there should be an o-ring between block and box, replace it.
