'80 242 GT - rear fog lamp ? 200 1980

My "semi-restoration" of a nice CA GT is almost done (alas, I have to replace the heater core in the spring !!!), but meantime, I'd like to get a rear fog lamp functioning. The rear lamp housing does not seem to have any blank sockets for a rear fog, as in my 850.

Has anyone had any success in rigging a functioning rear fog on the early 240, in the lamp housing itself ? I'd like to try to avoid if possible the aftermarket screw-on lamp (Hella, etc.), unless there's no other way....just doesn't look right on the car, IMHO.
