If it was/is a blown head gasket, you would/should also have oil in the coolent you just swapped out. It is probably just condensation of water mixing with the oil from cold starts ,and not being run long enough to burn off. In the future, you should do the Techron treatment before an oil change, so that any carbon deposits/gunk that is removed from combustion chambers/valves will be drained away by the old oil and filter .
