Power seat problems 900 1996

My wife's 965 wagon seat has gone sour on the driver side.
I checked the FAQ's on it and found that the cable is messed up.
It go forward and backward on one side only.
I can get a nice seat for $75.00. The Question is the seat that I can get has a seat heater in it and our 965 doesn't have them,is all the wiring under the console and what else will I need to complete the swap.
