1995 940 turbo sedan/coolant & oil loss/not external/when turbo's on ?? 900 1995

anyone have any knowledge-experience with oil & coolant loss & seems only when turbo's working...having worked with countless saab turbos & seen that telltale white powdery stain where exhaust manifold meets turbo body makes me think this is not a headgasket problem...180k with original engine,trans, turbo etc....5:00 pm 02.05.05 i'm off to watch the patriot's dismantle the eagles...thanks in advance...by the by if anyone reading this needs service experience knowledge with saabs i am 'the service manager'.
