Replacing front tranny seal on AW70 - How do you do it? 200 1989

I pulled off the torque converter and saw the front seal of the tranny. Wasn't leaking...but then again, ..this tranny has been on the shelf at the local foreign car parts place for a while. I removed the pan and washed ...fluid appeared brownish red.

I've done a tailshaft bushing replacement before...so I'm okay on how to do that task...however, I'm not sure how to replace the front seal behind the torque converter. Any special tools? precautions? Thanks!!
