B230FT engine capability

Which B230FT - 9mm rods or 13mm rods? Key thing to getting maximum boost is MORE FUEL! Screw that up, and you can wreck 'em up even at below stock boost levels.

Once you get to around 20psi or so, other deficiencies show up ... like head gaskets. If you're aiming as a daily driver, keep the boost in the teens.

The B21FT can handle a bit more boost, but with lesser displacement, you will get less power. Along with the B23FT, they've hit the mid-20's.

-- Kane ... though they're still not daily drivers.
