960 bushing replacement question 900

I've got a '93 960 with 75 K miles on it. I noticed the other day when I was changing the rear brake pads that there's a bushing that is getting pretty bad in the rear suspension. I'm not sure how to ID this bushing. There's a rod that runs over top of the axle and this is where the torn up bushing lies. The car has an odd feel at higher speeds ( like the rear end is loose). I just thought that maybe someone could identify this bushing ( like maybe it's a common replacement item). Also, would a replacement need to be pressed in?

Thanks in advance,
Dave
