Floor board repair advice 120-130

Hey Everybody,
I'm looking at a '67 122 that is quite nice, repainted not too long ago, well maintained, drives nice. Problem is that the footwells have rusted out. Driver's side has some pretty big holes in it (one is 3 x 5", a few others that are smaller). The big hole is up the footwell behind the pedals, where the footwell curves up into the firewall.
Passenger side has some rust but dosn't appear to have any holes, yet.

So my question is about how much would it cost to get a whole new set of floorboards installed. Anyone have experiance with this? Of course i'm just looking for a ballpark figure. I'd need to get a new carpet set to install after the floorboards, needs door pannels, new dash pad, other fiddly stuff. He is asking $3700. I'm trying to figure out how much (ballpark)it would take to fix so I can make an offer that is reasonable.

Thanks guys,

Steve
