transmission filter change and gasket question, Auto RX in the transmission 700

I was reading the FAQ concerning changing the transmission fluid, filter, pan gasget, andfilter gasget(s).

For those of you who have done this can you tell me if the filter needs to be changed or if its all metal just cleaned?

Are the magnets in the pan itself and does one need 2 gasgets for the filter change job like one person suggests?

Is it difficult to break the large nut loose on the oil dipstick line?

I have already taken the return line loose at the radiator and done a complete flush and now driven 1200 miles with the Auto RX additive. Plan to drop the pan clean everything do another flush and refill with Mobil One.

Anyone using extra magnets or one of those inline microfilters?

Thanks
