bolt pattern 444-544 1960

Hi all,
I'm looking at buying a 1960 544. Its a little rusty, and I don't think it runs (I'm going to look at it this afternoon), but he's only asking 300 bucks. Anyway, the tires look pretty rough, and I'm not sure they'll hold air, so I was wondering if there is a chance that my 240 rims will fit (I have some spares). What is the bolt pattern for the 544s? Anybody know if this will work (not to drive, just to tow it)? And while I'm at, anything else I should know about these cars in general, especially before I buy one? Thanks! I'm sure you'll see me here alot if I do buy the car.
