HELP WITH CODE P0306 CYL 6 MISFIRE 900 1996

I pulled this code the other day and I'm planning to change the plugs this weekend. I've never changed the plugs on this car myself. The dealer did it around 63,000 miles and now I have around 96,000 on it. I read the FAQ section and it seems pretty straightforward. Is there a removeable wire between the coilpack and the plug and does the coilpack pull right out after removing the bolts that hold it in? Wouldn't the plugs start to go at the same time and shouldn't I get an error message for other cylinders? If its not the plugs what else should I check?

Thanks
Neil Noonan
