This is going to be a huge help to me. It will also help putting these parts in the hands of Volvo owners. We are a bit under the weather at the moment - shoveling out from a dusting of 16" of fresh snow. I need to go get the VINs off of the bricks.

Does the VIN decoder only work for VINs built after a certain year ?

Or is it universal for most years ?
