HELP!!brake booster replaced. Problems 200

hello. i just replaced the brake booster due to a diaphram leak. i replaced it fine with a new one from fcpgroton but now the brakes and the pedal are on and it seems like they are applied. it seems that the brakes are being applied and there is no play in the pedal. its like the pedal is tight and the brakes are on full. what should i do? i didn't bleed the brakes or do anything, since i thought it wasn't necessary if i just attached the master cylinder to the booster. why are the brakes and pressure so tight? Any help? Please i need to fix this asap. thanks in advance. this is a 1993 240 sedan, with 126,000 miles~ i can barely put the car in drive since the pedal is so tight and i have to step really hard to put the care in gear. Any ideas? Is it just a brake bleed?
