960 blower motor squealing 900 1993

The blower motor has started squealing. It is not yet annoying, but it is noticable. I read the FAQ, but it is for a 700 series.

I looked at Alldata and it shows removing panel beneath the glovebox and
then removing 4 screws to allow removal of the glovebox.

I removed the panel and the 4 screws at the top and botton of the glovebox.
The glovebox was still tight. I removed the glovebox liner and was able to see the blower motor housing. It is behind an air duct.

If the air duct is removed will there be enough room to unbolt the housing cover and lubricate the motor?

Your assistance is appreciated.
