Is it worth pulling a 16 valve head out of the JYard to use later?

Okay I was in the junkyard last week and came across a 16 vavle 740. I was wondering if it is just the upper engine stuff, head header etc., that is different and will this head bolt onto an 8-valve B30 block?
Is it worth the trouble to do a swap like this? Or is it worth pulling the head to have for someone else that needs one down the road?
