75 FI in my 71 164 140-160

I have a 71 164("Rakav" in the gallery) that is my main project. I also have a 75 that runs and drives very well that I bought while my 71 is being finished. My question is, would it be worth the time to switch over the 75 FI to my 71? I am going to replace all the wiring in the engine compartment of the 71 and was thinking it would be worth putting in the FI while I was at it. The 75 is an auto and the 71 is a 4spOD with a 74 B30F and twin SU's. The interior, body and paint on the 75 is terrible so I was not planning on keeping it. I am interested in using any other parts off of the 75 for my 71 that would be improvements. My final mod to the 71 will be a SuperCharger from VPerformance. Thanks for any and all opinions on this.
Tim
